Apply for a driving licence on paper
The form can be completed, printed and sent by post to your local Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office (trafikkstasjon). You can also hand it in there yourself.
You will receive confirmation when your application has been registered
Regardless of how you apply, you will receive confirmation to your digital postbox. If you do not have a digital postbox, we will send the confirmation letter to your address in the National Population Register.
If you hand in your application at a Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office (trafikkstasjon), you will receive written confirmation at the counter, showing that we have registered your application .
