There is no limitation in terms of speed capacity.
You can drive motorised equipment with a trailer if the motorised equipment has a maximum speed capacity of 40 km/h.
The driving entitlement for motorised equipment is only valid in Norway.

You can drive motorised equipment with or without a trailer with a maximum authorised mass of up to 7,500 kg. There is no limitation in terms of speed capacity.
You can drive motorised equipment with or without a trailer with a maximum authorised mass of more than 7,500 kg if it has a maximum speed capacity of no more than 50 km/h.
With a Category C1 licence acquired before 1 January 2005 (code 140)
You can drive motorised equipment without limitations in terms of weight or speed capacity.
